This service is mainly for owners of second or holiday homes that do not reside in the area and do not have the possibility or desire to take care of their property themselves. For them we can provide:

• Paying all local bills (electricity, water, telephone, property taxes etc.)
• Organising and supervising necessary repairs, upgrades.or structural changes to the property.
• Organising security services for the property.
• Maintaining/landscaping of gardens.
• Organising and supervising Accounting Services and Tax Declarations for  Bulgarian companies.
• Regular cleaning and/or winter services.
