Letting Management “Easy Rentals”

Our services for Holiday Home Owners include the following:

• Organising airport transfers.
• Meeting your guests upon arrival and providing them with the property keys and local information.
• Registration of the guests with the local police as required by Bulgarian law
• Collecting guests' payments.
• Changing and washing bed sheets, linen, towels etc.
• Cleaning your apartment before and after rentals
• Checking housewares and replacing broken items
• Payment of all bills on your behalf (telephone, cable TV, electricity, annual property taxes etc.)
• Transferring rental income to your bank account on a regular basis
• Organising the bookkeeping of all income and expenses
• Organising the preparation and submission of your annual Bulgarian income tax declaration (income tax is 10% on the rental profit).
• Representing you before all local authorities and third parties.

Our fee for the complete "Easy Rental" service ranges from 15% to 20% of rental income according to the location and condition of the property.

Notice: Due to the fierce competition in the Bansko holiday home market and the resulting extremely low prices we are not offering active marketing of apartment rentals in developments that are not entirely managed by us.

 

Commercial Lettings

In addition to property maintenance we can offer you complete rental management for shopping centres and office buildings.

We also manage seasonal shop lettings in Bansko where we handle everything from finding the tenants to collecting the rent.
